  Our Marketing Plan

1. We will always deliver what we say we will do for you and what we agree upon.
2. InterNet Properties will never ask for a listing agreement greater than sixty days. The general rule is 6 months. If for some reason we do not deliver as expected, we will turn the listing back to you, no questions asked.
3. Having several years of appraising experience under our belts, we will carefully analyze your competition and suggest a listing price. The final decision will be yours, however if we feel that you are out of line with your asking price, we will respectfully decline the listing.
4. The most important factors in marketing a property is PRICE, CONDITION, LOCATION and MARKETING.
a. MARKETING:You will always be kept up to date on our efforts.
B. PRICE: As stated above, we will sugget, the final decision is yours.
c. CONDITION: We will give you 27 free and easy fix-up tips to sell your home for the best price.
d. LOCATION: your property is where it is. If it is in a noticably better location, we will emphasize this in our marketing efforts

WE PROMISE TO YOU THAT NOBODY WILL WORK HARDER. WE ARE ALL VERY EXPERIENCED THIRTY-SOMETHING AGENTS WHO WANT TO MAKE MONEY BY GETTING YOUR PROPERTY SOLD!

Our marketing will do the following:
1. Immediately announce the new listing to over 400 Park City and Heber City REALTORS. Also, we are members of the Salt Lake MLS, with over 7000 members!
2. Point out and emphasize all of the key points to the property.
3. Frequent CMA reports to make you aware of any new activity in the neighborhood.
4. Always follow up with agents to get valuable feed back.
5. Internet Web sites including internetproperties.com, realtor.com, pcmls.com, yahoo.com and many more.
6. Virtual Tours
7. Print media, depending on the commission structure you choose.
8. Constant communication.
